Oracle Agent for NT Problem

Hello,


        I have created a second instance on my Oracle v7.3.3.0 for NT
server and I want to access it using the Oracle Enterprise Manager.
However, when I try to start the Oracle Agent service, I am given the
following message: "The Storage Control Blocks were Destroyed".



Any ideas?
