HELP: NT Client throgh ODBC & Server on SCO UNIX

I want to gain access to Oracle 7.0.15 on SCO UNIX 3v4.2 from Windows NT with
the help of Oracle ODBC driver. What  should I install on NT in addition to
ODBC driver? What must be  "listener.ora" on the UNIX side?
