Hello,

Here is the scenario: Oracle 8.0.5 installed on Windows NT 4.0. If I want client(s) to access the data on the Windows NT 4.0 machine via ODBC what other drivers are necessary besides the Oracle 8.0.5 ODBC drivers? Assume the clients are Windows 95/98/NT based computers.

With MS-SQL Server I install the SQL ODBC drivers and I can talk to the MS-SQL Server database. Is this true for Oracle databases in general?

Thanks for any input! Received on Wed Sep 30 1998 - 10:54:25 CDT
