It is always the case that more bandwidth is better for a client/server application running on a WAN.

Some applications (16 bit, generally) are very chatty and require more bandwidth for timely
transaction handling; but this "chattiness" can be corrected to some extent with data event triggers on the server. Received on Tue Sep 29 1998 - 22:14:01 CDT
