on the Win95 client, goto the registery (run, "regedit")
check the key :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\NLS_LANG
and see if it match the NLS_LANG in the Database (to check it query "select
value from sys.props$ where name='NLS_LANGUEGE')
if not, modify it on the win95.
