Problem with automatic snapshot refreshes

We have two databases (DB-A - oracle 7.2.3 on AIX-IBM-RS6000- and DB-B- oracle 7.3.4.1.0 on SunSolaris). I created snapshots on the DB-A. The master table and its log_table is in DB-B. The init.ora-parameters in the DB-A are: snapshot_refresh_processes=1 snapshot_refresh_interval=600 snapshot_refresh_keep_connections=FALSE

The log-tables exist in the DB-B and have entries. The snapshot-user on DB-A has a private db-link to DB-B. The refreshing rate is every week at the same time.

But the snapshots are not refreshed.
The manual refresh works well, but automatic refresh doesn't work.

Can someone help me with this problem?
