hmmm... this seems to be a known bug fixed with 7.3.4.1 try to get the distribution for an upgrade, in the list of fixed bugs memory leaking is mentioned.
be careful performing the upgrade on WinNT, after running the installer you have to run 3 scripts with SQLplus (I donīd remember which,
but itīs documented)
