Have a look at TOAD!

You should take a look at toad (www.toadsoft.com, it's free). This has an option to produce DDL-Scripts from the existing table definition. Maybe it's a bit lengthy if you want to have DDL for many tables. But you can make toad show the SQL it uses to produce the scripts, and so you can peek and write your own.

toad is really great.
