I'm not sure you can, in the migration guide when going to v8, it says there is no downgrade path to v7, short of dblinks and pulling data across(if i remember correctly).

You might consider creating the v7 db, and using a tool to extract the data in sql*loader format(yes for each table, it will be a pain).

Other than that I dont think you can make it work. the only other half crocked idea, would be to export from oracle8 db using oracle7 binaries, and that might(or not) work.
