ORA-3114

I am development a program using CICS 2.1, AIX 4.2 and ORACLE 7.3.3.

Sometimes when my program tries to open a cursor (XA), it crash with this messages:

Run time exception information begins **** When: Thu Sep 24 13:56:21 1998 Where: Error code -3114 reported by function Connect of ora7_if called by new CursorPrivateData What: Connect failed. Why: ?? Subsystem code:10004,Error code:-3114
Run time exception information ends *****

I already check the open_cursors parameter. Any idea?. please
