Oracle 8 and server hardware

Hi everyone We are looking to purchase a new server that will be used to run Oracle 8. I was wondering if anybody has had some experience with choosing an optimal hardware configuration for Oracle 8. We are looking at 30-35 concurrent users initially and later on possibly up to 50 or so. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on hardware and OS, or any experiences with these issues.
