Hi,
the message says that there still 5312 blocks filled with valid data
somewhere beyond 200 M. If you are sure that the datafile contains less
valid data than 200M, you can try to reorganize the tablespace using that
datafile (using export/drop/import for all or some tables) and then try
again.
