Hi all,
I´m still a bloody beginner with ORACLE Workgroup Server.
I have succesfully installed the Server and have created a new Instance
<ZM00> and build a new Database - the services are running, all seems to
be O.K.
I can connect to the new Database ZM00 with SVRMGR23. It is not
possible, to start Tools like Enterprise-Manager or Data-Manager.
When I start these Tools, I have to enter Username, password, service
and the role (DBA, Normal...).
In the <Service>-Field I enter "ZM00" because in my opinion the meaning
of this must be the SID - or not???
I get the Error-Message "ORA-121154 TNS:Could not resolve service name".
What could be wrong? Can anybody help me?
