Forms Server questions

I've been working with Forms Server on NT for a few days and have several questions relating to "features" I've discovered.

(1) We are just setting up a Forms Server on NT and the test applications
that I'm writing are using approx. 10Mb each per client connection (used mostly by the F50WEB32.EXE the server runs per client).

Has anyone got any large Forms apps that they are running under Forms Server and if so, what memory usage/processor usage are you noticing per client?

(2) Forms with pictures seem to be really big resource hogs, the processor
usage per client is upwards of 60% (this is on a dual P2 333 with 512Mb ram), is everyone simply avoiding the use of pictures?

(3) Pictures that are marked to "fit" in a smaller size than the original
picture all work OK using forms runtime, but when viewed through the Forms Server are not rescalled to fit. Is this a know bug in Forms Server
not honouring the properties of a picture field?

(4) Displaying the Forms in Appletviewer shows the status bar, but this
doesn't appear when viewed through IE4. Does anyone know if this is true under Netscape also?

(5) When loading forms with "OPEN_FORM" or "GO_FORM" under
appletviewer, the new form correctly loads and is brought to the front
(i.e. has the focus), whereas in IE4 it only brings the form to the front,
the focus is still with the old form. Is this another IE4'ism? Does anyone else get this behaviour or know a workaround?

What version of Netscape supports applets/Forms Server so I can test it against IE4.

TIA for any replies,
