Design pattern

Hi there, I was interested in finding some design patterns for the retrival of data using curosr or without cursor using oracle(May be using Proc/C++ or pl/sql).I will highly appriciate any help in this ragard.I am very new in area of using design patterns for persistance.Thanks.Santos --
