LONG datatype issues & limitations

• can't be used in a CREATE TABLE Z AS SELECT * ...
• can't be used in a INSERT INTO Z SELECT * FROM Y ...
• can't be replicated
• can't be used in INSERT statement if data is more than 32K
• can't be used in a WHERE clause
• when changed, entire size is recorded in redo log
• when deleted, entire size is recorded in rollback segment

If you can think of more LONG datatype limitations and/or issues, please post them.
