What is the correct syntax for the init.ora parameter UTL_FILE_DIR on a VMS system? (This is the parameter that specifies permissible directories for PL/SQL file I/O.)
The desired setting is DRA1:[ORACLE7]. I've tried it with quotes, without quotes, etc., and can't get it to work.
I'm using Oracle 7.3. Thanks in advance for the help.
