Hi,

I need to get a client machine's IP Address from Oracle somehow and I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to do it. I need to uniquely identify a client machine's connection from within Oracle. I was hoping to use the machine's IP Address, but I can't find where Oracle might have stored it during the session. From what I understand the V$SESSION table holds the client Machine Name, but not the IP Address. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance
Artie Correa
