Full Oracle Import

Hi Oracle Experts,



If I do a full Oracle (v7.3) database import from an
export dump, am I right to say that user definitions
would also be imported?



But when there are users already created manually,
what would the importing action do to the existing
ones?  There can be users of the same name also.
