PO8.0.4/Win98/ODBC Connection Problem

How can you connect to a PO8 database using ODBC??? I have no problem connecting with SQL Plus 8 and Oracle Navigator. I also never had a problem with PO7 on a different machine (It's not installed on the PO8 machine). I usually used 2: as the Server but PO8 doesn't recognize it. I also tried setting up an alias with Oracle Net8 with no success (The test feature always failed no matter what my config was.). Does anyone have the default connection parameters to use with ODBC and PO8. I can't find them anywhere in the docs.
