Help Interpreting PMON Trace Errors

After some kind of Oracle crash earlier in the day, cause unknown, my system now slows to a crawl when the Oracle db is started up; TNSListener is consuming 99% of the CPU, according to the NT Task Manager. I would be grateful for any help interpreting the following error messages from PMON, so I can fix this situation. Thanks,
