This article is filled with erroneous information. See <http://www.bway.net/~dfassoc/download/Access/> for a roundup of the real situation. It includes links to sample databases with code that provides multiple solutions to the problem.

And, BTW, Access developers have been unable to produce the bug with Jet alone. The problem MS has alluded to is not an example of the bug at all, but an example of poor programming practices.
