Running Oracle ODBC drivers from a network

We are using ODBC driver Oracle73Ver2.5 (Sqo32_73.dll).



Is there a way to install the odbc driver on a network and register the shared 
driver on the user's station?  If so, what is the procedure for making the pc 
recognize the shared driver?
