datafile size limit

Hello, All

I got a problem here,I run Oracle 7.1.3 in DG/UX, I need to create a datafile bigger than 2GB, But I got an error message bellow:

ORA-01119: error in creating database file '/home/RS/test.dbf' ORA-07244: ssfccf: create file failed, file size limit reached.

And I was asked to run osh to raise the file size limit.

Is anyone knows what is "osh"?? and where can I find it?? OR I can solve this problem using another way??
