about ORACLEservice

hello everybody!
i am using ORACLE80 under WINNT40, after i finished installing the ORACLE enterprise , i can not start up the net80 ease config service. and i can not find net80 ease config in the installer. i don't know if it's a problem & how to settle it . please help me. thanks!
