ORA-25533 error

Hello all,

We are using SQL Windows with Oracle 7.1 on Windows NT.

An error QRA-25533 (about advanced queueing?) is met. It is expected that an procedure is about to be called.

What can be a next step to proceed (since I get no advice from the Oracle administration book).
