ORA-06509: PL/SQL: ICD vector missing for this package

Hi:

I made a mistake. WHen I install Designer/2000, I signed on as system NOT sys. So now when I sign on as SYSTEM, I always get this error:

Error accessing package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO ERROR:

ORA-06509: PL/SQL: ICD vector missing for this package
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO", line 22
ORA-06512: at line 1

Please show me what I should do.
