Coexitence of Oracle 8.0.4 and Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 on WinNT SP3.
If Visual Studio 6 has been installed on WINNT SP3, Oracle 8 will not install.
If Oracle 8 is installed, then the Visual Studio 6.0 install fails (very early on).
