Yes! I get exactly the same problem. I've installed Personal Oracle 8.0.3 on Windows 98, run LSRNCTL80.EXE, type "start" and get the GPF. I've been told that PO 8.0.4 *may* fix the problem which i'm installing tonight. Feel free to email me at zaqwsx3_at_hotmail.com if you find a solution. Thanks.
