I've successfully installed OWS3.0 before ,for some reason, I need to
reinstall it again and
this problem comes out, "Error 2140". No matter how many times I try, I
just cann't start
wwwlistener30admin and wwwlistener30www. I even formated the whole disk
and re-install
NT4.0, then installed the OWS3.0 and still got the same result. I've also
tried IIS instead of
Oraclelistener, the port 80 works fine but admin still doesn't work. I
wonder how I made it last
time. Can anyone help me out?
