The only decision support benchmarks that can be compared head-to-head between Oracle and DB2 are TPC-D. You can refer to the www.tpc.org site for some raw information, or go to
http://www.software.ibm.com/data/db2/benchmarks (click on "Netfinity" segment if interested only in DB2 UDB EE results).

All the TPC-D results published using DB2 UDB (Enterprise Edition and Extended Enterprise Edition) demonstrate significantly better performance as well as price/performance over comparable Oracle configurations (as well as Informix and NCR/Teradata, for that matter).
