View Snapshots Errors via User_Snapshots

All,

In user_snapshots tables, there is a column called error which suppose to show error during last refresh. In my database, the field always show zero(0) even a snapshot was just failed refresh.

Is there a scripts I have to run to get this field populated?

The Oracle is V7.3.3 and OS is NT.
