Hi Pavel,

        I have 7.3.3 and 8.0.4 running in different Oracle Homes on the same rs6000. I also have both SQL*Net 2.3.? and Net8 running on the same box. Installation was pretty straight forward, although I created my own database instead of taking the default.

        It works well.
