Yes, they use a tool called the Open Client Adapter to make this work.

However, the Oracle ODBC drivers, (i.e. the ones from Oracle that connect to Oracle), all use SQL*Net underneath. Received on Mon Aug 17 1998 - 00:00:00 CDT
