Installing RDBMS 7.3.3 on HP-UX 10.20 HP9000 S 700/800

After upgrade from release HP-UX 10.10 to 10.20 I'm having trouble with database connections. The time it takes to start a connection become extremely high. For instance, I can count minutes to get sqlplus prompt. I relink sqlplus tool: make -f ins_sqlplus.mk sqlplus, but it didn't change the response time. I know that Oracle scripts has incompatibility with the new posix shell /usr/bin/sh, for that I'm linking using the Korn Shell /usr/bin/ksh, would that be a problem? Any idea I'd appreciate a lot ...
