Automatic Shutdown on NT 4.0

Hello:

How can i do to have an automatic shutdown of my Oracle 7.X or Oracle 8 Databases
on NT 4.0 when i shutdown the system?.

I know an regedit parameter /Local_machine/software/oracle/

        ORA_<SID>_SHUTDOWN=True
To do this but it does'nt work...

Any ideas?
