Kill a job (Oracle 8 on NT)

On our server (WinNT4, Oracle 8) a thread has been running for over 48 hours. Somebody started a wayout PLSQL command. Ir semms to do some stuff on the rollback segments. When we reboot the machine, the thread resumes
Is there a way to kill the thread - DB integrity is not important since it is a test-DB.
