Urgent help - job aborting

When running a batch program inserting into vaious tables,
after a period of time ( 3 hours )  the job aborts with the following
errors



ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by a fatal error



followed by  ORA-01041:  Internal error.  hostdef extension doesn't
exist




Help!!!!
