Does Net8 Support Non-Blocking SQL?

While using SqlPlus 3.3 , one can cancel a long query before it even return query
and it utilized the non-blocking feature.

But it cannot found it under SqlPlus8 no more. Does Net8 support this non-blocking sql feature?

If yes, how
If no. I think ORACLE made a BIG mistake.
