Please help! ORA-12569 Error message

Hi everyone.

I suddenly start to receive the error ORA-12569 (TNS:package checksum failure) on the system (AIX 4.x and Oracle 7.3.X). It prevents me from logon to the database using the enterprise manager and all the oracle tools through Windows platform. I have no problem logon to the database and use other Oracle tools from the AIX system.

I know that the 12569 erro means "the data received is not the same as the data sent". I talked to the Oracle Technical support and mark a TAR. But nothing seems to help so far. Would anyone has any insight on this issue help me out on this error.
