connecting internal in Personal Oracle

What is the passowrd to connect internal with Personal Oracle? (7.2) They list the password for sys, system, scott etc., but not internal. By default, the remote_login_passwordfile is set to "shared". --
thinking this has a connection..
Also, what does connect internal really do? And why is it being phased out?
