A Snapshot Problem

I have scheduled my snapshots to be updated every hour, but it doesn't work. It works when I run manually refresh with Replication Manager.

I run Oracle 7.3.4 on NT 4.0.

I think is got something to do with the fact that the database is taken offline every night for backup.
Here's a sample of the Alert Log:
