NOETIX Probs.

Does anyone have any experience with the NOETIX product? It's the thing that builds views on Finanials tables. I'm a DBA with the unenviable task of trying to sort out a DB and app based on this thing & knowing nothing about it. So far it seems to be a pile of SHoneT and their support just comes up with the normal sutff like 'E-mail us your database'. As the DBA, it's not really my problem ('Why did you buy it', 'Sorry, go back to them' etc.), but I'd like to help my guys!

Any ideas, pointers, web sites etc. anyone ?
