Re: Backup question om NT

So I gather Arcserve with the Oracle 7 addon will actually take your tablespaces offline to back them up?

I'm curious, does it check that archiving is enabled? Do you have to configure it in some way, i.e. tell it which tablespaces/data files to backup? If the backup fails (say you run out of tape), does it have some facillity for aborting the backup and putting everything back online?
