You need to download the 16 bit ODBC driver from the Oracle MetaLink Website or get the diskette from your Oracle Rep. This driver will talk ODBC with the Oracle 7.3.x database. I have done this recently, my environment was NT 4, 16 bit VB4 and Oracle 7.3.3 . VB4 also has a 32 bit version, I guess you have to use 16 bit VB4. I was forced to use 16 bit VB4 though I did not like it, it would have been nicer to use 32 bit softwares on WIN 95 and WIN NT environments.
