Do you just want to get rid of this database and the associated instance? In that case, just delete all the files associated with the database, then go into the registry and delete the associated services (these would be OracleService<sid> and OracleStart<sid>) . For good measure, look in your /ORANT/DATABASE and delete the STRT<sid>.CMD file.
