Please don't buy that stuff. Again it's all a big scheme from ORACLE to make

money out of its clients. No book will earn you a certification. Experience is

the only way. I didn't study to pass my certification. neither did my dba friends.

You know it or you don't. If you have read all the ORACLE doc that comes with the software and worked for a few years you're ok.
