Data Dump.

I have an existing database on a Oracle Server 7.2 running on Unix Operating System. The new database is also in Oracle 7.2 with change in some of the fields including Primary Key. I already have a front end for the new database but could you please give me some steps or any tools for dumping the data from an Old Database into the front end.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
