What is your block size? At 2K, and db_block_buffers=90000, your buffers would use up 90000*2048 which equals 184M !

Also, do you realize that you are giving EACH user 35M of memory for shared_pool each time they log on? This is not total shared pool for ALL users, it is PER user.
