Bypass Login-Screen?

Hi all,


I'm tired of typing my login info into the login screen (for GUI
clients, like sqlplus or Enterprise Manager), would rather put this into
a kind of startup file. But I don't know how to tell the clients to use
this startup file, and how it has to be formatted.
I want to have several icons on my desktop, each connecting me to a
different database.
